Fire warden training is a legal requirement for all types of businesses, and applies to every single employee who has fire warden responsibilities – not just the most senior fire marshal (or the ‘fire safety coordinator’, which is the same thing).

Hot work permits are a legal requirement for anyone who is carrying out or supervising hot work, including site managers – it is not solely for the worker. Upon completion of the course, each attendee receives a certificate and a photo ID card (‘passport’) for everyday carry on-site.
