We can deliver Emergency First Aid at Work Training in London at your workplace. The training lasts half a day. There is a practical element to the training were delegates get to discharge fire extinguishers, so we need a small outside area were this can take place. The training complies with the requirements of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. The qualification is certificated and is valid for 3 years.

There is practical fire extinguisher training element to the fire marshal course.

Summary

The Emergency First Aid at Work (level 2 equivalent) course is a one-day course that will teach you all the skills, knowledge and techniques you need to offer essential emergency medical treatment. You will learn how to manage illnesses and injuries effectively until the paramedics, or other medical professionals, arrive.

This HSE recognised emergency first aid at work cause is taught by experienced, qualified trainers, the course can be delivered either on-site at your place of work, or as an open course at a local training venue. The course leads to a nationally recognised qualification that’s valid for three years, even if you change employer.

The emergency first aid at work course covers the most common health and safety incidents you may be faced with as a first aider, including:

The use of available equipment
Acting safely, promptly and effectively in an emergency
Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Treating an unconscious casualty (including seizure)
Choking
Wounds and bleeding
Shock
Minor injuries
Preventing cross infection
Recording incidents and actions

First Aid at Work

We can deliver the First Aid at Work training course at you workplace for a group of delegates from three to twelve. The cost quoted is a course price. If you wish more than twelve staff to be trained please contact us for a quote. The training is Certificated and is recognised by the HSE and the certificate lasts for 3 years. The training is over 3 days and includes Automated External Defibrillator Training
